As the Director of Fiscal and Administration, Maran Kammer-Perez oversees the fiscal operations for grants and contracts, accounts payable, and payroll. She has 27 years of tenure with PHI and over 30 years in office administration, specializing in both non-profit and state budgeting, accounting, and graphic design.
Maran owns and operates her own design studio specializing in print media with a penchant for metal art and mixed media. She is an avid longtime aquarist and amateur astronomer who makes her home in the greater Sacramento with her husband of twenty-six years.
